Terms of Service

Welcome and thank you for your interest in LinkedCRM, including related websites, networks, applications and other services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). These terms of the Services are legally binding contracts between you and LinkedCRM regarding your use of the Services.

Please read these terms carefully.

By clicking "Accept" or by downloading, installing or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read and understood, and as a condition of your use of the Services, you agree to be bound by and subject to the following terms, including LinkedCRM's Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms"). If you do not meet the conditions, or do not agree to the terms, then you do not have our permission to use the Services.

LinkedCRM provides Web-based tools to manage and automate workflows, as well as multiple platforms and services with customers and prospects.

Qualification

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant to us that (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) You have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; (c) Your registration and use of the Services comply with any and all applicable laws, as well as regulations. If you are an entity, organization or company, the individuals who accept these terms on your behalf represent and warrant that they have the right to bind you to these terms and that you agree to be bound by these terms.

Account and registration

To access most of the features of the service, you must register an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your name, email address, or other contact information. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. When you register, you will be asked to authenticate through LinkedIn. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LinkedIn account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your LinkedIn CRM and linkedin accounts. If you believe that your account is no longer secure then you must notify us immediately by sending an email to hello@linkedcrm.ai.

Third party service

Third party services and LinkedIn

LinkedCRM use LinkedIn cookies to enhance your use within the LinkedIn ecosystem, such as summarizing user information, finding emails, and to provide you with a personalized experience. LinkedCRM may provide tools through services that enable you to interact with and export information to: third-party services, including allowing you to link your account on LinkedCRM with your account on third-party services. You are solely responsible for maintaining your account with such third parties in good standing and in compliance with any applicable third party terms of Service and laws for the services. By using one of these tools, you authorize LinkedCRM to act as your agent and on your behalf, or through third party services, and you agree that LinkedCRM may transfer information to or from third party services on behalf of third party services applicable to you, And execute command directions at your location or through such services. Third party services are not under the control of LinkedCRM, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkedCRM is not responsible for any third party service's use of your exported information. The service may also contain links to third party websites. Linked sites are not under the control of LinkedCRM and LinkedCRM is not responsible for their content.

Third-party software

The Service may include or incorporate third-party software components that are generally available free of charge for licensing fees that grant recipients broad rights to copy, modify, and distribute those components (" Third Party Components "). Although the Service is provided to you under these Terms, nothing in these Terms prevents, restricts or is intended to prevent or limit your use of third-party components under applicable third-party licenses or limits your use under such third-party licenses. General payment terms. Some features of the service may require you to pay a fee. Before you pay any fees, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees that will be charged to you. Price

LinkedCRM reserves the right to determine pricing for the service. LinkedCRM will rationalize efforts to keep pricing information posted on the site up to date. We encourage you to check our website regularly for current pricing information. LinkedCRM may change the fees for any feature of the service, including additional fees or charges, if LinkedCRM notifies you of the changes in advance before they apply. LinkedCRM may, in its sole discretion, offer promotional offers with different features and different features to any customer of LinkedCRM pricing. Unless these promotional offers are offered to you, they will not apply to your offer or these terms.

Refund

All fees are non-refundable except for the refunds described in this refund section. With your account registration, LinkedCRM may, in its sole discretion, provide you with the right to a one-time fee refund payable within the initial period specified at the time of quotation (" Refund "). Refunds are subject to any terms and conditions specified at the time of registration. You can only get a refund once; Register and do not request refunds for multiple accounts. Refunds will be returned to the payment method used to make the original purchase and may take up to 30 days to process.

Accredit

You authorize LinkedCRM to charge all fees for orders placed by you and for any service level you select as described in these terms or published by LinkedCRM, including all applicable taxes, to make payments in the method specified in your account. If you use a credit card to pay for any charges, LinkedCRM may seek to pre-authorize your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and that you have the necessary funds or line of credit to pay for your purchase.

Subscription service

The Service may include automatic periodic payments for a regular fee (" Subscription Service "). If you activate the subscription service, you authorize LinkedCRM to charge a periodic fee in the future before canceling a periodic payment or your account, all accrued amounts are on the payment due date of the accrued amount. The Subscription Billing Date is the date you first purchased the subscription service. For information on "Subscription fees", please refer to our pricing page. Your account will automatically be charged all applicable fees and taxes on the subscription billing date for the next subscription period. The subscription will continue to terminate it unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You must cancel your subscription before renewing to avoid the next regularly billed subscription being charged to your account. We will charge a regular subscription fee to be sent to us during registration by the payment method you provide (or by another payment method if you change your payment information). Delinquent account

LinkedCRM may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including the charged portion of the Service, for any account that is due but has not paid any amount. In addition to the service amount payable, the delinquent account will be charged for any non-payment or any fees or charges for the unpaid amount, including collection fees.

Ownership

The service is owned and operated by LinkedCRM. Visual interfaces, graphics, designs, compilations, information, data, computer code (including source code or object code), products, software, services, and other elements of all services offered by LinkedCRM (" Materials ") are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All materials included in the Service are the property licensors of LinkedCRM or its third parties. You may not use these materials unless expressly authorized by LinkedCRM. LinkedCRM reserves all rights to the material not expressly granted in these Terms.

User content

Grant a limited license to LinkedCRM

By providing User Content to or through the Services, you grant LinkedCRM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid right and license (with sublicensable rights), To host, store, transfer, display, perform, copy, modify to format to display and distribute your User Content or portions in any media format and through any media channel now known or later developed.

User Content representations and warranties

LinkedCRM disclaims any and all liability in connection with user content. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of providing User Content through the Services. By providing User Content through the Service, you acknowledge, represent and warrant that:

2. Your User Content, and the use of your User Content in accordance with these Terms, does not and will not:

   1. infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third party rights, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral, privacy, image, or any other intellectual property, or proprietary rights;

   2. defamation, libel, slander or violation of the rights of any other person to privacy, image or other property rights;

   3. cause LinkedCRM to violate any law or regulation;

3. Your User Content may not be deemed by a reasonable person to be offensive, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

User Content Disclaimer

We have no obligation to edit or control User Content posted or posted by you or other users, and are not responsible or liable in any way for User Content. However, LinkedCRM may, at any time and without prior notice, filter, remove, edit or block us in our sole discretion from violating these terms or otherwise objectionable. You understand that in using the Services, you will be exposed to user content from a variety of sources and acknowledge that User Content may be inaccurate, objectionable, indecent or objectionable. You agree to waive and do waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have with respect to the User Content figures. If the user or the content owner notifies the user that the content allegedly does not comply with these terms, we may investigate the allegation and, in our sole discretion, remove the User Content, and we reserve the right to remove the User Content at any time without notice. For the sake of clarity, LinkedCRM does not allow copyright infringement activities on the service.

Monitoring content

1. LinkedCRM does not control and does not assume any obligation to monitor:

   1. User content;

   2. Any content is provided by third parties;

   3. The use of the Services by its users. You acknowledge and agree that LinkedCRM reserves the right and may from time to time monitor any and all information transmitted or received through the Services for operational and other purposes. 5. interfere with the operation of the Services or any user's enjoyment of the Services, including:

   1. uploading or otherwise disseminating any virus, adware, spyware, worm or other malicious code;

   2. Make any unsolicited offers or advertisements to other users of the Service or any third party Service;

   3. Collecting personal information of other users or third parties without their consent;

   4. Interfere with or disrupt any network, device or server connected to or used to provide the Services.

6. Engage in any fraudulent activity, including impersonating any person or entity, claiming a false affiliation, or accessing any other service account without permission;

7. Sell or otherwise transfer any access rights (as defined in this Agreement) granted under these Terms or any Material or any right or ability to view, access or use any Material;

8. Attempt to engage in any of the acts described in this Agreement, or assist or permit any person to engage in any of the acts described in this Agreement.

Term, termination and modification of the Service

Terminology

These Terms end upon your acceptance of the Terms or your first download, installation, access or use of the Services and upon termination.

Terminate

If you violate any provision of these Terms, your authorization to access the Services and these Terms automatically terminates. In addition, LinkedCRM may, in its sole discretion, terminate these Terms or your account, or suspend or terminate your access to the Services, at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Effect of termination

Upon termination of these Terms: (a) Your license rights will terminate and you must immediately stop using the Services; (b) You will no longer be authorized to access your account or Services; (c) You must pay LinkedCRM to digitize any unpaid amounts due prior to termination (d) All payment obligations accrued prior to termination and the rest of this Agreement are described.

Service modification

LinkedCRM reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time (including by limiting or temporarily or permanently discontinuing certain features of the Service) without notice. Any changes or discontinuance of the Services or any suspension or termination of your access to or use of the Services.

Indemnity

We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Services AND ALL materials and CONTENT made available through the Services, including: (A) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment or non-infringement and (B) any warranties arising from the transaction, use or course of trade. We do not warrant that the Services or any portion of the Services, or any material or content made available through the Services, will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components, and we do not warrant that any of these problems will be corrected.

You have not received any oral or written advice or information from the Services or LinkedCRM, or any material or content made available through the Services will provide any warranty to any LinkedCRM digital entity or service not expressly stated in its terms. We are not responsible in any case for damage caused by the Services and your dealings with any other users of the Services. You understand and agree that you use any part of the Services at your own discretion and risk, and that we will not accept any damage to your property (including computer systems or mobile devices associated with the Services) or any loss of data, including user content.

The limitations, exclusions and disclaimers in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. LinkedCRM does not deny that LinkedCRM is prohibited from waiving any warranties or other rights under applicable law.

Sundry

General clause

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated into these terms by reference, are the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and LinkedCRM with respect to your use of the Services. You may not assign or assign these Terms or your rights under these Terms or part of them by law or otherwise without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms in the following locations at any time without notice or consent. Disclosure of personal data

LinkedCRM is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information an important part of our relationship with you.

Exclude

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any personal data collected by LinkedCRM, except for personal data collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any unsolicited information that you provide to LinkedCRM through the Services or any other means. Your team account, integrations you create, or third-party services you link to will be available to all team members to use the team account you have joined. You are solely responsible for any information shared through the team account, which is at your own risk.
